Rohan Gupta bought 2.56 lakh shares in AVP Infracon, which was listed on NSE SME during the trading session. This gave him a 5.33 percent stake, and the price was Rs 79 per share. At the same time, Funicular Funds LP sold 8.12 lakh shares, which is 16.93% of the company.

As part of Skipper, backer company Ventex Trade Private Ltd bought 66,00 shares that were partly paid up. The price of Skipper’s partly paid-up shares went up by 3.52% to Rs 142.5 on NSE.
