Chairman Emeritus Venu Srinivasan of Sundaram Clayton Sells Significant Stake in Deal.

On March 14, In Sundaram Clayton Chairman Emeritus and MD Venu Srinivasan sold 14.16 lakh shares (6.99 percent holding) for Rs 1,239.99, worth Rs 175.61 crore. Srinivasan owned 11.78 percent in December 2023.

SBI Mutual Fund acquired 7.74 lakh shares, or 3.82 percent, while Govindlal Mansukhlal Parikh bought 5.35 lakh shares, or 2.64 percent, for Rs 1,240.

On NSE, Sundaram-Clayton shares fell 1.16 percent to Rs 1,260.

India Max Investment Fund sold 80,000 shares (2.71%) of S J Logistics (India) for Rs 259.3. India Max owned 1.13 percent till December 2023. S J Logistics shares rose 3.02 percent to Rs 269.9 on NSE.

Shantiram Kutumbakam Food Services purchased 19.28 lakh Ruchi Infrastructure shares at Rs 11.7 each, or 0.87 percent. The previous session, Shantitam bought 0.7 percent.

Promoters Patanjali Foods sold 20 lakh shares, or 0.90 percent, at Rs 11.71 each. The previous session, Patanjali sold 0.68 percent.

Ruchi Infrastructure shares rose 3.08 percent to Rs 11.7 on NSE.

At Rs 804.98 per share, Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio sold 2.36 lakh Mold-Tek Packaging shares, 0.71 percent. Goldman Sachs owned 2.47 percent until December 2023. NSE Mold-Tek Packaging shares decreased 2.17 percent to Rs 786.9.

At Rs 103 per share, Wilson Holdings bought 15 lakh Ind-Swift Laboratories shares (2.53 percent). Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company sold shares through trusts. EARC Trust SC 208 sold 4.43 lakh shares (0.75 percent stake) for Rs 103, SC 228 sold 4.07 lakh shares (0.69 percent stake) for Rs 103, and SC 131 sold 4.10 lakh shares (0.69 percent stake) at Rs103.02.

NSE shares of IND Swift Laboratories declined 0.24 percent to Rs 102.75.Chairman Emeritus and MD Venu Srinivasan sold 14.16 lakh shares, a 6.99% stake, at Rs 1239.99 a share.

Quant small cap fund purchased 8.05 lakh shares at Rs 374.21 in freshly listed Gopal Snacks, investing Rs 30.12 crore. Quant Active Fund bought 7 lakh shares at Rs 374.21, totaling Rs 26.19 million.

Gopal Snacks’ bourses debut was lackluster owing to market instability. The shares closed at Rs 362.7, down 9.55 percent from its NSE issue price of Rs 401.
