Watco Engineering, the promoter of tile maker Nitco, sold a 1.55% interest, or 11,16,712 shares, at Rs 69.65 each. Watco Engineering owned a 2.25% interest in the firm until December 2023.
Nitco shares rose 1.98 percent to finish at Rs.69.65.
