UPGRADES BY EXPERTS

Boeing (NYSE:BA) is getting a boost from Bank of America.

On Thursday, BofA raised its rating on Boeing to Buy from Neutral, stating that the “worst is behind” the company, which is “in the midst of the post-COVID commercial recovery, with passenger demand emerging back to pre-pandemic levels.”

Spotify benefits from a Deutsche Bank boost.

Spotify Technology (NYSE:SPOT) shares rose more than 6% yesterday after Deutsche Bank upgraded the business to Buy from Hold with a $180.00 price objective. The bank believes that investors should take advantage of current weakness to buy the shares, calling the post-Q2 selloff “overdone.”

RBC Capital upped its price objective on Owens Corning (NYSE:OC) to $168.00 from $135.00 and upgraded it to Outperform from Sector Perform. 

Macquarie upgraded iQIYI (NASDAQ:IQ) from Underperform to Neutral and boosted its price objective to $5.12 from $2.80.

Iridium Communications (NASDAQ:IRDM) shares increased more than 1% in premarket trading today after Barclays upgraded the firm to Overweight from Equal Weight, with a price objective of $65.00 (up from $65.00).

DOWNGRADES BY EXPERTS

Morgan Stanley downgraded Carvana to Underweight.

Morgan Stanley reduced Carvana (NYSE:CVNA) to Underweight from Equalweight late Wednesday, with a $35.00 price objective (down from $12.00).

Bilibili is downgraded by JPMorgan.

Shares of Bilibili (NASDAQ:BILI) tumbled more than 2% in premarket trading today after JPMorgan downgraded the firm to Underweight from Overweight and reduced its price objective to $13.00 from $27.00.

Estée Lauder (NYSE:EL) was downgraded for the sixth time in two months by Jefferies. The brokerage downgraded its rating to Hold from Buy and set a price objective of $190.00 (down from $270.00).

UBS downgraded Kodiak Sciences (NASDAQ:KOD) from Buy to Neutral and lowered its price objective to $4.00 from $15.00. This is the fifth downgrading in as many months.
