    Jyoti Structures Limited has received a LoA (Letter of Award) from Apraava Energy Private Limited for comprehensive supply and construction of 400 KV Double Circuit transmission line in Rajasthan. The contract is assessed at Rs 260.85 crores (including GST) & is to be executed by November 2024

  • Satia Industries receives various orders totaling Rs 96.5 crore.

    Satia Industries has received substantial contracts from Orissa, Himachal Pradesh, and West Bengal for the supply of paper for printing textbooks totaling Rs 96.50 crores for immediate execution.

  • TCS wins the contract to create Lantmannen’s IT infrastructure.

    Lantmännen Ekonomisk Förening (Lantmännen), a pioneer in agricultural, equipment, bioenergy, and food products, has chosen Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a strategic partner. TCS will assist Lantmännen in transforming its IT infrastructure and providing digital workplace services as part of this multi-year deal.

  • Dilip Buildcon receives a Rs 1,275.3 crore order.

  • Dilip Buildcon Limited has received a letter of acceptance (LOA) for a new project of engineering procurement construction testing commissioning trial run and operation and maintenance for ten years of Narmada Gambhir Multi Village Drinking Water Supply Scheme District Ujjain in a single package on a turnkey basis, worth Rs 1,275.30 crore.

     

  • Tata Motors would offer 4.55 lakh equity shares to qualified workers through ESOPs at a price of Rs 345 per share.

    Tata Motors has got clearance from the Allotment Committee for the distribution of 4,55,218 ordinary shares to qualified employees in exchange for exercising stock options at a price of Rs 345 per share. The company’s paid-up ordinary share capital has grown from Rs 664.42 crore to Rs 664.51 crore as a result of the allocation.
