Stock is the negative trend and market trend is very volatile and this stock will try to bounce from the current levels towards the higher levels. Currently in a pullback phase and will bounce again.

RSI is turning into bullish and shows some strength for bounce towards higher levels.

Entry = 17.26

Stop Loss = 17.60

Target = 18.49

There is a trendline resistance on the upper levels and stock may reverse from the top and will go lower towards its last support zone. RSI is also trying to reverse from the higher levels.

It is trading too far from its EMA levels and price will drag down towards it lower EMA support near 17.85 levels.

Trade SL and Target –

Entry = 18.40

Stop Loss = 18.55

Target = 17.85

  • Long Trade: News Corporation (NWSA) – 26.29

This stock is in trading in a sideways range and nor ready for the next breakout and will bounce again towards higher level. You can take re-entry in this stock if it doesn’t workout in first try. The current price action is a very bullish sign.

RSI is also bullish and bounce towards 70 levels soon. Risk reward ratio also very good more than 1:3.

Entry = 26.34

Stop Loss = 26.09

Target = 25.91
